Just wanted to say thank you to Jose and his crew that were able to help me fix an newly installed roof leak. Our roof was finished less than a week ago and a minor mistake caused water to leak through. Wanted to personally thank SERVPRO of Rock County for the top notch work they have done for our rental property. Tim was prompt and professional when assessing the extensive water damage in 4 of our units. They took into great consideration the residents that were living in the building and took care to reduce any noise and to be very respectful by not leaving any mess from repairs being done. They made sure every resident was heard and their concerns were addressed. With the holidays around the corner we were worried things would not be finished in time, but with their professionalism and effort they made it possible with time to spare.
